I had the pleasure of photographing Abi and Mike a few months back with their adorable son Hudson. We had such a good time doing those portraits that they decided that just couldn't be without me (right Abi? :)) and booked me as their wedding photographer.
This couple is up for anything I throw at them and I just LOVE that, so I drug them all over the place during their engagement session. I'm constantly looking for cool and interesting places to take people for their portrait sessions and I actually have a list of all my potential locations that I keep in my desk drawer. I always refer to it when I get my client questionnaires back to see if any of my I'd love to try spots might match up with what the new client's style. Because Abi and Mike are so open to anything I was able to try about 5 of the locations on my list. It was awesome! Of course we picked the hottest and most humid day ever to do this and I believe I received no less than 37 mosquito bites but it was SOOOOO worth it! I'm in ♥ with their pictures!

These old trains we found were so cool and such an interesting find. I'm pretty Mike had a good time with these which resulted in a rusty step breaking off! ;)

Sessions are so much more fun when clients are willing to play. These are just very light and whimsical.

I loved playing around in this field! This was my first test shot when we got out there and I love it so much that I just had to share.

And what's an engagement session without a little grafitti?!
By the end we were all starving so we stopped at Little Italy for a bit of pizza and a canoli. All in all, it was a great time and a fabulous session! Thanks for being so much fun Mike and Abi!
